Luke7:1-6
1 Now when he had ended all his sayings in the audience of the people, he entered into Capernaum.
2 And a certain centurion’s servant, who was dear unto him, was sick, and ready to die.
3 And when he heard of Jesus, he sent unto him the elders of the Jews, beseeching him that he would come and heal his servant.
4 And when they came to Jesus, they besought him instantly, saying, That he was worthy for whom he should do this:
5 For he loveth our nation, and he hath built us a synagogue.
6 Then Jesus went with them. And when he was now not far from the house, the centurion sent friends to him, saying unto him, Lord, trouble not thyself: for I am not worthy that thou shouldest enter under my roof:

If God says you should do something, do it immediately and don’t seek for explanations. Imagine if Moses had God for explanation when God asked him to stretch his hand to divide the red sea.
When you want to do things for God, don’t always expect that everything will go smoothly, no, there will be challenges to try and work against you because you dared to do something big for God.

Luke 4:1-5 KJV
1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness
2 Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.
3 And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.
4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.

Eph 6:10-12
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

He is not saying maybe we wrestle, it says we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against Principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world. Think about this, these are spiritual entities or spiritual forces. There is a dark realm over this world and in this world. And we are set against them. The other is wickedness in the heavenly realm. This is the highest of them all. Take on the whole amour of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day. There is an evil day. That’s the day of temptation, the day of attack, the day when you feel the pressure coming. It can come from everywhere and you may feel choked, don’t bow under this pressure. Put on the whole amour, so that you can stand in this evil day. We are set up against these adversaries but we are winners.

2 Cor 4:3KJV But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

This means that the God being described is not the God of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the God of salvation, he is not our God. He has blinded the eyes of the unbelievers stopping them from believing our Lord. That couldn’t be our God. Our God is the one that gave them light. Satan is the Prince of this world. He is the God of the system of this world. But we are not of this world; we are in the world but not of this world. He can’t stop the light of the Gospel from shining but he can surely stop them from seeing the light.

Luke 4:5KJV And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.

The devil took Jesus to a high mountain. How did he do that? Did he carry Jesus, that’s not what the bible said. Did he use any supernatural means? No. Look at what happened prior to this time. After Jesus’ baptism, Jesus was led or driven of the spirit into the wilderness. How did he do that? This means Jesus was on the go but not necessarily as he wants. Similar examples are Caiaphas the High Priest when he said it was better for one person to die than for everyone to die for one. The bible said he was actually prophesying. Also Peter was influenced by the devil but Peter wasn’t even aware of this.

Satan actually showed Jesus a vision, therefore it’s important to be discerning of the revelation you receive. Not all vision is from God. The world in which you function is under the dominion of darkness that’s why you must learn to subdue it with the Word of God and by the Spirit of God.

Mal 3:10-11 KJV
10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it .
11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.

Now you can understand why Christians who don’t give their tithe tend to be losing. There is a devourer, and sometimes Christians fall prey to this. We are victors not victims.

Question 1. Why did God have to visit Sodom and Gomorrah to see the evil they had been doing, if it was as much as He had heard it, being God, couldn’t He [God] look from heaven and see the evil?
Answer 1: There are principles that God has established on the earth, He knows all things and normally He should have waited for Judgment Day to deal with Sodom and Gomorrah. But because their evil was so much He had to interrupt the process and bring Judgment according to the principles on earth, which says ‘where two or three witnesses are established…’ and that’s why He sent two angels in the form of men to come and be witnesses.

Question 2: How does a Christian change a negative habit that he knows that if continued, can lead him to hell?
Answer 2: In changing bad habits, you must voice your faith or your decisions because the power to change everything about your spirit, soul and body is with your Words.

1. Establish they are wrong habits.
2. Make up your mind to stop doing them.
3. Repeatedly check yourself anytime you do them, and you must speak out your check.
4. Replace the bad habits with good ones.
Repeatedly check yourself and do the good ones six consecutive times or for six weeks continuously to form a good habit.
There are some things God wants us to have and one of them is the right consciousness/mentality.
John 20:29 KJV
29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
Jesus is talking about transcendental blessing, a different, special kind of blessing- He is dealing with something beyond the ordinary, that takes you to a triumphant life, He is talking about the faith-life where you see the unseen. We walk by faith and not by sensory perception. If you want to walk in realms of glory, this is the way.

JESUS IS TALKING OF THE TRANSCENDENTAL BLESSING. The blessing of the faith life!

Psalm 1:1-6 KJV
1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord ; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
6 For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Again, this blessing is Makarios, the same transcendental

It should be your consciousness and confession. Jesus is my Wisdom; I’m wise with the Wisdom of Jesus Christ. He is My Redemption and My Riddance. It is like the eagle that moves with chickens, that’s a bad life for an eagle; you’re an eagle, stand tall because you’re royalty!
